After shocking the council by announcing his intention to resign as leader and leave the Last Banner, Gilril summoned the members to the kinship hall.

A parting gesture. Gilril made Janner an officer.
The two hobbits had an emotional farewell. Is this a final goodbye then Gilly?
Cheerio Gilril. You were not just a great friend to Janner but a brother. I hope we see you again. There'll always be a pint in the Green Dragon waiting for you. With Aeskarth away as well, this is one very sad hobbit.

Haha, I will stay on the forum. This whole place will fall apart without me poking around in it from now and then. And I still have some weeks left on my Game card. So I'll see you in Eriador one way or another
